MISSED LESSONS POLICY

• Each student has a weekly reserved time slot.
• Please notify via text if the student is not going to be at their weekly reserved lesson.
  • Even if you are not scheduled on the app, still you must send a text, please.
• Do not book outside of their weekly time slot. If you need to reschedule, please text Lisa about open times.
• ALLOWED REASONS for missed lessons:
  • 1 last minute cancellation due to sickness of child or parent every 6 months.
  • .Due to sickness of child or parent once every 6 months with at least 12 hours notice.
  • On federal holidays.
  • Missed during school breaks:
    • Thanksgiving, Winter, & Spring Break (studio is typically closed anyway).
      • & The first week of Summer Break is flexible.
  • Missed due to family emergencies.
  • Missed due to Family Trips/Traveling/Other Events. *If given advance notice of 1 week!*
  • Missed due to car trouble or ride problems: 1 last minute cancellation is allowed due to car problems.
• Please give advance notice of 48 hours to cancel a lesson.
• No-shows will be charged except:

PACKAGE REFUNDS

• Payments can be given a refund due to unforeseen circumstances if needed.
• Must be given advance notice of 2 weeks to receive refund.
• A 7% refund fee will be subtracted from your refund.

$50 INITIAL SUPPLY FEES

• INCLUDES:
  • Darkwave Nursery Rhymes Book 1 or Rainbow Book 1
  • 1” Binder
  • Labeled Tab Dividers
  • Music Bag
  • Paper/ink supply fee

 - Adults with restricted income can ask about discounted lessons after8PM.
 - Semi-weekly lessons is one way to spend less on music lessons (one lesson every other week).
