PRICES & POLICIES

CANCELLATIONS

• ALLOWED Cancellations:
  • Cancellations due to sickness of child or parent.
  • Cancellations on federal holidays and federal holiday weekends.
  • Cancellations during school breaks:
    • Thanksgiving, Winter, & Spring Break (studio is typically closed anyway).
      • & The first week of Summer Break is flexible.
  • Cancellations due to Family Trips/Traveling/Other Events. *Must be given advance notice of 1 week!*
  • Cancellations due to car trouble or ride problems: 3 cancellations per year are allowed due to this.
• Cancellations For Other Reasons:
  • 1 out of every 10 lessons can be canceled for any reason not listed above.
  • Please give advance notice of 24 hours to cancel a lesson.
  • No-shows will be charged.

REFUNDS

• Payments can be given a full refund due to unforeseen circumstances if needed.
• Must be given advance notice of 1 month to receive refund.
• A $20 refund fee will be subtracted from your refund.

INITIAL SUPPLY FEES

• $10 = Darkwave Nursery Rhymes Book 1 or Rainbow Book 1
• $20 = 1” Binder + Labeled Tab Dividers + Music Bag
• $10 = Silicone Keyboard Labels (for color method students)
• $20 = Rainbow Keyboard Rake (for color method students)

EXTRA DISCOUNTS:
 - Adults with restricted income can ask about discounted lessons after 7:30PM.
 - Parents with restricted income can ask about discounted lessons before 2:00PM.
 - Bi-weekly lessons is one way to spend less on music lessons (one lesson every other week).
